This Privacy Policy describes the policies of ATS FLORIAN s.r.l. on the collection, use and disclosure of information collected when using the site https://www.atsflorian.it (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you expressly consent to the collection and use of the information you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, please do not access or use the Site.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Type of data processed

The data processed on the Site are those provided on the information request page, and in particular company name, contact person, e-mail address, telephone number.

Such data is not recorded on the Site but transmitted in a secure manner (via secure protocol) to the company which will respond via email.

Purpose of the processing

  • Purpose of processing: the data provided are used to manage the user’s request for information.
    • Nature of the provision: Optional.
    • Legal basis of the processing: Express consent of the interested party pursuant to art. 6 lett. a) of the GDPR.
    • Data retention period: 1 month starting from receipt of the request for information.

Data processing methods

The processing will be carried out with manual, IT and telematic tools in compliance with the regulations in force and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, completeness and non-excessiveness, accuracy and with organization and processing logic strictly related to the purposes pursued and in any case in so as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed, in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures envisaged by the provisions in force.

To whom the data may be communicated

The data may also be processed, in relation to the performance of the assigned tasks, by the Data Controller’s staff specifically authorized for processing.

In the event that it is required by legal provisions or by relevant authorities, the Data Controller reserves the right to communicate the necessary data to recipients belonging to the following categories:

  • Supervisory and control authorities and bodies and, in general, subjects, public or private, with public-related functions (e.g.: Prefecture, Police Headquarters, Judicial Authority, in any case only to the extent that the conditions established by the applicable legislation exist);

The user’s data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

Rights of interested parties

Interested parties have the right to obtain access to personal data from the Data Controller and, in particular:

  • obtain indication of the origin of the personal data;
  • obtain information on the purposes and methods of processing;
  • obtain information on the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  • request the updating or rectification of your data;
  • request data portability, i.e. receive your data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device;
  • request the cancellation or limitation of the processing of your data (transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed );
  • object, at any time, to the processing if the data are processed for purposes other than those for which consent to the processing was provided.

Interested parties have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data where provided. In any case, the revocation of consent to processing does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
